Her guidance from the pre-list improvements to make through, negotiations on the offers we recieved, to closing the deal was impeccable. My wife and I were super busy. I was left out there on my own navigating through unmarked in a large area of land with no internet service on unfamiliar territory. Once, I have found the lot I wanted, I want meet her at the lot driving all the way from Denver, but there still no JoAnn. Just recently sold our cabin that is located in the Buffalo. Had owned the property for 14 years, rebuilt the structure and loved the area. 2024: I met JoAnn in 2020 when my husband and I began our search for a family mountain home. It was then that I encountered a realtor with a heart. We wanted to buy a cabin in the Jefferson area and use a local agent that knew the area. JoAnn provided us great advice and insight into the area and the places we toured. When we found the one we wanted to make and offer on she did great working with a difficult selling agent and keeping us informed. after the sale she keeps helping us with local contractors and questions about the area. Billi Taylor was my realtor at Jefferson Reality. She did a great job at communicating with me, keeping the process as simple as possible, gathering the documents needed for the sale of my property, and keeping me informed along the way. We performed all transactions two states away, via phone and email, which made the process much simpler for me. My only drawback was the slightly higher-than-average realtor commission for the State of Colorado at 7%, but in the end, was worth the expense for such a smooth process. For a long time, I had wanted to buy a piece of land outside the city, due to my few resources I had to wait a couple of years, when I finally had the required amount I found a piece of land and called Jefferson Real Estate, Kathie Salazar answered the call, from The first moment was very kind and although my English is not very good since I am an immigrant, she always had a lot of patience and she was directing me step by step, explaining and guiding me in the land purchase procedure. On one occasion I spoke to him on the phone and he answered saying Hello my friend, at that moment I felt that as a family member, not as a client, it was not only the sale of something that I had been waiting for a long time, but also the professional and kind treatment that I received.
