Joann McDougal is amazing and has helped us buy and sell property very effectively and we remain friends today. She and other agents like Kevin Copeland are engrained in the local community. They are your neighbors, not just your realtors. For instance, Kevin happened upon my family vehicle stuck in a ditch and he gracefully helped us get back on the road one cold winter morning on his way to work.
