If you need realty support in Park County, Jefferson Real estate is the most knowledgeable and local operation with a longstanding reputation, amazing portfolio, and high caliber people. Joann McDougal is amazing and has helped us buy and sell property very effectively and we remain friends today. She and other agents like Kevin Copeland are engrained in the local community. They are your neighbors, not just your realtors. For instance, Kevin happened upon my family vehicle stuck in a ditch and he gracefully helped us get back on the road one cold winter morning on his way to work.

We recently closed on a home in Park County. We were more than pleased with the level of service and professionalism that JoAnn MacDougall provided. Her knowledge of the area and of county requirements and options was excellent. She seems to have unlimited energy as well as amazing attention to detail. If I look for other property in Park County you can count on the fact I will be working again with JoAnn.
